Virtual Exhibit Prospectus: Support Levels  

Please read the UC San Diego CME Exhibitor Policy and apply to become an exhibitor.

Non-profit Level - $300

• Listed on website with hyperlink to vendor website.
• Listed on supporter list in final electronic syllabus sent to attendees
• List of attendees sent after conference
• 1 complimentary admissions to virtual conference. (CME/CE fees are extra for reps or attendees at $35 per day).
• Live chat with attendees via Zoom room at appointed time. *Vendor to supply zoom link.

Silver Level - $ 1,000

• All benefits of Non Profit Level
• Logo displayed in Virtual Exhibit Hall
• Designated Page in *Virtual Exhibit Hall. May include Promotional flyers and/or video and exhibitor contact information to be provided by vendors.
• Two complimentary admissions to virtual conference
• Two additional (2) discounted registrations for representatives per day @ $50 per day per person Thursday and Friday and $20 on Saturday. (CME/CE fees are extra for reps or attendees at $35 per day).

Gold Level - $5,000

• All benefits of Silver Level
• Virtual spotlight in opening remarks each day.

* Virtual Exhibit Hall: Each supporter will be asked to send us a link to relevant information on their website, or provide promotional materials and/or video to be hosted on external server.
* Each vendor to have its own page to post videos or promotional flyers.
